NEW LIST OF SUPPORTED Mobile PBX DEVICES (updated 04/15/2024)

The following lists contain the set of mobile devices suitable for the GTIGLOBAL Extend VoLTE network in

the USA. Supported List GTIGLOBAL works with the following device manufacturers to ensure ongoing device support. This list highlights the current supported device list as well as planned supported devices.

 • All devices must be carrier unlocked.

• Unless otherwise indicated in the notes, device APN configuration is set automatically.

• A device restart is recommended after installation of a GTIGLOBAL Extend pSIM or eSIM.

The VoLTE slider must be enabled in the “Voice & Data” menu under Settings / Cellular.

• iPhone devices that were initially locked to the Sprint network are not compatible

• iPhone 12 Mini and 13 Mini are not supported

• GTIGLOBAL Extend 2nd SIM Limitation - iPhone 11 and earlier devices are unable

to send MMS when Extend SIM is not set as primary for data services

• Prior to iOS 16.2, APN settings are auto filled via “Use Carrier Settings” enablement. Starting with iOS 16.2, APN

setting are automatically set.
