HOW TO ACTIVATE NEW MOBILE SERVICE LINE

  USING YOUR PBX SERVER

New PBX-Gateway: Open a support Ticket, provide your Server software OS Name (Support Servers) IP and or Domain Name and Port Number if not 5060 (UDP or TCP). If this is not an additional (new) pbx-server see below. Whitelist our IP 

1)- Purchase/Activate: YOU will provide this information by using the "My SIM Database" or "Buy/Activate SIM" tab in your account portal, for eSIM, enter the eSIM number or enter 0000000 as the eSIM number if you do not have one, we will provide QR code via support ticket or eMail on file.

Port SMS: We will port the SMS portion of your DID for SMS/MMS usages (can take up to 12 hours delay to setup)

It is very important that you add as much information in the "message box" when placing an order to activate the SIM, as this can cause delays. After placing your order, we will confirm by sending you an email or text notification to the email in the order form or to your billing account contact.

2) To Make Payment - Select "Mobile Subscription" then select a mobile plan.

Activation & Order Processing Times:  About to 10 minutes to process new Accounts. Contact your account manager if you would like to expedite your order.

Issues, check your PBX or Server manual on how to setup extensions for PJSIP or SIP as we do not give support on how to setup Server extensions, your Systems Administrators should know how to set up. There are no special settings to use our services other than the above.

USING GTIGLOBAL - SWITCH/PBX & DID & VOICE TERMINATION

1) Purchase a DID (must have funds on account and access to purchase DID number)

2) Create a sip-mobile account select "User Device Settings" then click the "Add Device User" and complete the information requested. The 10 digits DID number is used as the Mobile Extension by default.

3) Activate New SIM LineProvide the information (from #2 above) in the "My SIM Database" or "Buy/Activate SIM" tab in your account portal, for eSIM, enter the eSIM number or enter 0000000 as the eSIM number if you do not have one, we will provide QR code via support ticket or eMail on file.

4) To Make Payment - Select "Mobile Subscription" then select a mobile plan.

5) use your purchased 11 digits DID number as the “Caller ID” and “Caller ID name”.

Port-in or using your purchased Number: If this is a Temporary Phone Number it will be replaced with your port-in number once your number is fully ported by GTIGLOBAL.

 If you are reselling as a “Mobile Service” you can request or setup a 611 extension on your PBX or GTIGLOBAL Switch, when a customer dial 611 from their cellphone it will ring to your customer service help desk.

When using your PBX: ALL PBX feature codes will work on the cellphone device, like *97 (voicemail) Direct extension dialing.  SIM cards will be shipped within one business days of purchase. eSIM will be provided in support ticket and or your account email on file.

Once you received your new SIM/eSIM, install it into your phone or smart device.  You are now ready to receive/make phone calls utilizing your PBX extension! For troubleshooting, make sure to check all APN settings using the following knowledge base article :APN Settings ONLY IF NEEDED!
