No overage charges: Plans with data limits (e.g. 2GB) will have data speeds throttled when subscribers reach their limit but subscribers can continue to use data at the reduced speed for the remainder of the billing period.

All plans • All plans include unlimited voice and where applicable, unlimited domestic SMS/MMS texts in Home and Home Away Countries. SMS/MMS support depends on the assigned number (e.g. mobile vs geographic).

• Subscriptions plans are invoiced on the 25th of the month for the upcoming month (i.e. Extend is a prepaid service). Any usage charges (e.g. international roaming) from the preceding month are included on the following month’s invoice (i.e. they are post-paid). Pre- and postpaid service charges are non-refundable.

• You will be invoiced in USD currency for all subscribers regardless of the subscriber’s home country.

• A GTIGLOBAL UK mobile number may optionally be assigned for use by a plan subscriber at additional cost (subject to UC platform restrictions). GTIGLOBAL Carriers will route calls made to the assigned mobile number to the partner’s designated UC platform. A SIP trunk between GTIGLOBAL and the partner UC platform must be established for this purpose as part of partner onboarding. Porting in and out of UK mobile numbers is not supported. Partners may alternatively bring their own geographic or mobile numbers to be used by plan subscribers.
• Partner is responsible for routing all outbound calls to PSTN destinations and is therefore responsible for all PSTN termination costs.
• Usage across all Home Away Countries is limited to 90-days in any 365-day period
• All plans are for use in conjunction with smart phone devices only (subject to device compatibility restrictions)
Unlimited Data Plan This plans allow unlimited data use in Home and Home Away Countries.

GTIGLOBAL Networks reserves the right to throttle data speeds if it deems data usage is not consistent with fair use during a
billing period. Hotspot data usage is limited to 5GB. Hotspot data speed will be throttled to 128kbps after reaching this limit.

Data Allowance Plans These plans allow high speed data up to the plan’s specified data allowance (e.g. 2GB, 4GB, etc.). Once data usage exceeds the allowance, data speeds are throttled to a rate of 0.5 Mbps. There is no cap on data usage. Data will continue to be available at the throttled speed for the remainder of the billing cycle. Mobile Hotspot data usage is allowed and is treated the same as device data
(e.g. a subscriber may choose to use their full data allowance via a hotspot connected device or spread usage across the mobile device and hotspot connected devices).

Background Data Plan This plan is designed for use only as a Second SIM in a dual SIM mobile phone. The phone must be configured to use data on the primary (non Extend) SIM. Data use via the Extend SIM will
be allowed during a GTIGLOBAL Extend call but is subject to a fair use limit of 5GB per month. If data use exceeds this amount,

GTIGLOBAL Networks reserves the right to reduce data speeds on the Extend
SIM for the remainder of the billing cycle. The use of Mobile Hotspot is not allowed and will constitute a breach of fair use
