How to cancel your mobile service Subscription
Some customers can cancel their service/subscription through the Invoice Portal. Sign in to Invoice Portal and if you are eligible to cancel subscriptions online, click the "Subscription" button on the Invoice Portal screen. Make sure to remove your Autopay (Credit Card) information.

You must have your Account Number, SIM Number and Mobile Number information to cancel service.
To Close your GTIGlobal account, call 1-888-350-3771 between 9 am - 7 pm, Monday through Friday. Your called ID will redirect you to your account manager or support team member.
