Note about Android based Verizon handsets

GTI Networks has identified that it is common for Verizon to install a proprietary text messaging application on Android based devices. This application is not compatible with the GTIGLOBAL service.

End users may experience one or more of the following issues attempting to utilize the Verizon based messaging app:

·         End user able to send outbound SMS messages

·         End user not able to receive SMS messages

·         End user not able to send outbound MMS messages

·         End user not able to receive MMS messages

GTI networks supports text messaging through the official Google messaging app, which can be found here:
